Historic Marcy Store and Diner circa 2007

Historic Marcy Store & Diner is nestled in the
farm land of South Central Ohio off of Winchester
So Rd (State Route 674) and Marcy Road. We
are conveniently located between Slate Run and
Chestnut Ridge Metro Parks.

You'll find the Historic Marcy Store & Diner
nestled in the farm country of south central Ohio
off State Route 674 (also known as Winchester
Southern Road). Established in 1840, there has
been a store on this corner ever since. Click on

In continuous operation for three decades, the
Marcy Diner was purchased by We Three Corp.
(Cynthia Myers and Daniel & Becky Foreman) in
June, 2006. Since then we have worked hard to
make Marcy Diner comfortable and welcoming to
old customers and new customers alike. There is
a sign above our kitchen that says:

"Enter as Strangers, Leave as Friends"

which pretty much sums up our philosophy at
Marcy Diner.

Our menu is a mix of traditional American Diner
food with a little Italian thrown in for good
measure. Our burgers can't be beat! Made by
hand our regular burger is over a quarter pound.
And if you are really hungry, try the new MARCY
MONSTER - 10 oz of seasoned, grilled beef on a
toasted bun.

Try one of our famous Subs or a Pizza. We don't
cook our pizza in a conveyor oven like many
restaurants. While conveyor pizza is faster, it
doesn't have the rich flavor and crispy crust that
can only come from time spent in a stone oven.

The restaurant's full name is "Historic Marcy
Store & Diner," and we do have a small country
store to back that up. While space is limited, we
try to carry essential groceries, pop and beer,
and are now offering a small selection of Ohio
wines. And don't forget we have HERSHEY'S ICE
CREAM and hand-made waffle cones!

The Historic Marcy Store and Diner looks a lot
different than it did in 1840, but the sense of
community and history has grown ever stronger.
Of course, we couldn't continue on if it weren't for
our wonderful customers. We have met so many
local residents in the past 2-1/2 years that have
shared their memories of Marcy with us. Now we
would like to share those memories with you, say
over breakfast, lunch or dinner. You name the
day!!
